Common Questions

You probably
have questions.

Here are the ones we hear most often. If yours isn't here, just send us a message.

How long does a full transformation take?
A typical end-to-end engagement , diagnostic through deployment and training , runs 8-12 weeks. The first working prototype is usually ready in 2-4 weeks. Timelines depend on the scope and complexity of your organisation.
Do we need to be technical to work with you?
Not at all. We handle everything technical. Your job is to explain how your organisation currently works and what outcomes you need. We translate that into systems your team can actually use , no IT department required.
We have a small budget. Can we still work together?
Yes. We design solutions around your real budget and prioritise the highest-impact changes first. During the free diagnostic, we'll be transparent about what's achievable at different investment levels , and we'll never overpromise.
What happens after the project ends?
We include 30-60 days of post-launch support in every engagement. We also offer ongoing support retainers for organisations that want a continued partner. Our goal, though, is always to make your team fully independent.
Can you work remotely with our organisation?
Yes. The majority of our work is done remotely via video call, shared tools, and collaborative platforms designed to work even on limited bandwidth. We know the connectivity reality of working in Central Africa.
